Only into the outer

- 6 sc, 4 ch, start in the 3. ch from the Hook, 1 dc, 1 dc / in the next st 1 sc, 16 sc, 4 ch, start in the 3. ch from the Hook, 1 dc, 1 dc / in the next st 1 sc, 7 sc, 6 ch, start in the 4. ch from the Hook, 1 dc, 1 dc, 1 dc, in the next st 1 SC

Crochet only into the inner st (leave out the fin, see picture)

Safety eyes between R 8 and R 9, 4 st away

from the fin.

Stuff the body with cotton.
